Rico5555 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the user and the Rico5555 in the use of all services available on the platform, including Sports Betting, live betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, poker, and jackpots. By registering, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you formally confirm that:

3 Registration & Account

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual may hold only an active account at Rico5555. The system validates CPF, email address, and mobile number as unique identifiers. Attempts to open multiple accounts will be detected and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, with funds held pending the outcome of an investigation.

3.2 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date. rico5555 is not liable for failed email deliveries, notifications, or withdrawals caused by outdated registration information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. rico5555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

Bets placed using valid credentials are considered final, regardless of who placed them. rico5555 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to safeguard their credentials.

4 Deposits

Rico5555 operates exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). All deposits must be made through the payment methods officially available on the platform. Currently accepted methods include:

Deposits must be made exclusively from bank accounts or digital wallets held in the name of the registered Rico5555 account holder. Deposits from third parties — even with authorization — may be rejected and the funds returned to their source. 5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance (not locked by a bonus rollover) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00;
• Pix withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes in most cases, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• TED withdrawals follow banking hours and may take 1 to 2 business days to process;
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or digital wallet held in the name of the registered account holder;
• Withdrawals cannot be made to a payment method different from the one used for the deposit, except where the deposit method does not support withdrawals (such as boleto bancário — in which case the withdrawal is redirected to a Pix or TED transfer in the account holder's name).

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance is kept separate from real-money balance in your wallet — bets are deducted from the bonus balance first until the rollover is completed;
• Withdrawing any amount — including winnings derived from a bonus — is only permitted once the rollover requirement has been fully met;

6.2 Rollover

Rollover is the number of times the bonus amount (and/or deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal is unlocked. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover requires R$ 500.00 in qualifying bets before the funds are released for withdrawal. Bets placed on markets with odds below the minimum set by the promotion do not count toward the rollover.

7 Sports Betting and Live Betting

All bets placed at rico5555 — both pre-match and live — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled, except through the Cash Out feature where available;
• Rico5555 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious technical error in the odds, cancelled events, or force majeure;
• If a bet is voided, the full stake is returned to the player's wallet;
• In accumulator bets containing a voided selection, that selection is removed and the remainder of the accumulator stays valid;

For Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other national competitions, rico5555 follows FIFA and CBF rules for market settlement. Matches abandoned before reaching the minimum regulatory time are generally voided — the minimum time varies by competition and is detailed in the platform's Betting Rules.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Account Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time through Rico5555 support (live chat or email). Any available balance will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed. Unfulfilled bonus balances are cancelled with no refund.

10.2 Closure by rico5555

Rico5555 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in cases of: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, use by a minor, use of a false identity, multiple accounts, promotion abuse, or by order of a competent authority.
